Questions tradespeople ask
- Are there any other fees?
- No. You pay the listing fee and nothing else. We take no commission on jobs, and we don’t charge per lead or per enquiry — every enquiry that comes through your profile goes straight to you.
- What happens after I pay?
- Your listing is published straight away. Our team also reviews every new listing, and we’ll be in touch if anything needs changing.
- Can I pay once instead of a subscription?
- Yes. At checkout you can pay once for a month (€25) or a year (€240) instead. It doesn’t renew: we’ll email you a week before it runs out, and paying again adds another month or year. If you don’t renew, your listing stays up for a further 7 days, then it’s hidden until you pay — your profile and photos are kept.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from your dashboard. Monthly subscriptions stop at the end of the month you’ve paid for. Yearly subscriptions run to the end of the year you’ve paid for. Your profile and photos are kept in case you come back.
- How do the verified badges work?
- Upload your public liability insurance and tax clearance certificate from your dashboard. Our team checks them and adds the badges to your profile. Documents are stored privately and are never shown to customers.
- Do you cover Northern Ireland?
- Yes — all 32 counties. Pick every county you’re willing to travel to and you’ll appear in searches for each of them.
- Can customers leave bad reviews?
- Customers can leave honest reviews, good or bad, and every one is read by our team before it appears. We remove reviews that break our review guidelines — abuse, personal details, or anything that isn’t about real work. You can post a public reply to any review on your profile.
